A friend of mine owns a marketing company. I called her and told her about what happened to MIS and I am signed up for a Chili's taste testing for Buffalo wings and chicken fingers. The pay is a $ 40.00 gift card to Chili's. I did one in Feb that paid $ 120.00. If you are interested in participating in the Chili's marketing survey they need women between 18-34. There will be others in the future that she is going to let me help recruit for. If you are interested in the Chili's or one in the future, let me know.
I'm looking for contract work (technical writing/editing). I have had a few inquiries about building a website for folks. I am happy to write copy, but my forte' is not the back end of a site. Several people have recommended a career networking group called Career Connections. It is the oldest and largest career management and networking organization in the metroplex. There is a small monthly fee of $10 but it is well worth it. Check it out at careerconnections.org. They even have different career management groups such at IT Consulting and Technology.
